三宝课 北大性公开课学生19年翻9倍 开课时曾遇阻力

北大“三宝”19年性公开课人数从150人增加到1500人。课堂调查学生的性知识来源正从书本转向互联网

随着高校的陆续开设，各种公共选修课受到学生的青睐，也吸引了许多校外人士参加。北京大学开设的《人类性、生育与健康》是最受欢迎的公共选修课之一。法制晚报记者走访发现，每周一晚上，北大二教101阶梯教室都挤满了来上课的人。

这门19年的公共选修课，因为公开谈论“性”这个话题，被同学们亲切地称为“三宝”。经过三个老师，教材从书本扩展到微电影，选课人数从最初的150人左右增加到今天的近1500人。现任老师姚进贤说，许多学生在课后开始关注自己的身体健康。

9月14日是北大新学期的第一天。晚上6点左右，记者来到第二教学楼101室。这个能容纳500人左右的阶梯教室，已经坐满了学生，男女比例基本持平。有些迟到的人只能从隔壁教室借凳子，连台阶上都挤满了人。

他们来这里听北大著名的“三宝课”。这门课程的全称是《人类性、生育与健康》，自1996年开学以来一直是北京大学最受欢迎的公共选修课之一。“三宝班”这个外号来自《吉祥三宝》这首歌里唱的“爸爸妈妈我”。在北大，“学完三宝课，受益半生”这句话广为流传。

下午6点40分，北京大学生命科学学院副教授姚进贤开始上课。上课用的教材《健康的性》，是姚进贤和前老师程宏写的。她的讲座内容基本围绕这本书展开。谈谈人类性行为的特点，避孕，人工流产，不孕不育，性功能障碍。

“很多女生第一次来月经的时候不知道发生了什么，以为自己要死了。”姚进贤的话引起了所有学生的笑声。但这样的事情确实普遍存在。“刚来月经的时候，我以为我要死了，我很害怕。”一个大一的女生告诉记者，她之前对月经一无所知。“那天我妈跟我说清楚了。”。

当学生们在高中时，他们听说选择课程是出于好奇

记者了解到，这学期的“三宝”共有480个选修名额。9月14日只举行了试听，但是名额都满了。一个男孩开着电脑当场记笔记。他一开始就写了《神秘而火热的三宝课》。“我觉得三宝班很神秘，不知道能学到什么。我知道这个班很受欢迎，我差点没选。”男孩说。

今年考上北大医学院的大一新生小杨，北师大二附中毕业。高三的时候，听考上北大的学长讲“三宝”。“我对这门课很好奇，听说很有意思。”小杨说，作为一名医学大一新生，他更需要了解自己的身体健康状况。

萧炎，北京大学城市与环境科学学院的一名三年级研究生，已经连续五个学期担任姚进贤的助教。“起初我选择这门课程只是出于好奇。但是上学期的课，我渐渐喜欢上了三宝课。”小燕说，她在课堂上看到了女性如何分娩，学到了很多女性生理方面的知识，“这是我在其他课堂上学不到的”。现在她将帮助新生学习“三宝”，并为他们答疑解惑。

信息科学与技术学院的一名大三学生孙潇(音译)提到，“性”这个话题过去常常被秘密讨论。孙潇说，现在他知道这些都是正常的生理反应，他甚至可以和老师讨论。

在课堂上，大多数学生不再回避“性”这个话题，但有些女生仍然羞于讨论。记者问了一些学生，谈谈他们对上“三宝课”的看法。大部分男生愿意分享自己的感受，但也有女生不好意思谢绝面试。

在采访中，男生们普遍表示，上“三宝课”是出于好奇，也就是想了解一下性行为。女生普遍想了解身体健康和生育。

回忆起当初的反抗，三个老师谈了19年

姚进贤课后告诉记者，“三宝班”是由北京大学生理学教授陈寿良于1996年创办的。陈先生曾在“三宝课程”的教材《人的性、生育与健康》中写道，课程的初衷是“看到年轻人因对性的无知而产生问题”。正因为如此，陈先生觉得自己对在青年男女中普及性知识负有很大责任，所以在退休前就开始了这门课程。

但在1996年，这样的课程遭到了抵制。姚进贤提到，学校专门开会讨论“三宝”的时候，时任北大副校长的陈寿良也做了很多工作。有人请他教这门课，“你不怕名誉扫地吗？”陈先生在会上说:“我不怕，请放心，我会开始上课的！”

在陈老师的努力下，“三宝班”顺利开学。退休后，程宏接任教练一职，直到2009年退休。如今，姚进贤是“三宝”的第三任老师。

“北大学生参加三宝班这么多年，希望能对身边的人和社会产生影响。也欢迎其他学校的学生来上课。”姚进贤讲了《三宝》的教学目的。她相信整个社会的观念会慢慢改变。“每个人都应该认识到，性和性教育不仅仅是个人的事情，也是关系到国计民生和公共卫生的大事，是全社会都应该关注的问题。”

姚进贤认为，学生应该以认真的态度学习课程。“我们的课程是系统地、科学地告诉大家性知识、性观念和对性的态度。”姚进贤说，很多学生课后会觉得自己更负责任，男生会更负责任，而女生懂得保护自己，也学会了关心父母的健康。

学生知识的来源

从书到互联网

在教学的同时，“三宝班”的老师做了很多课堂调查。例如，2006年和2014年，先后开展了学生性知识来源调查。结果显示，2006年学生性知识主要来源于书本，占比最高的是68%。

到2014年，这一比例下降到50%，互联网以65%的比例成为学生性知识的主要来源。此外，中等教育作为教育来源的比例从2006年的11%急剧上升到50%。“这说明学生获取性知识的渠道已经逐渐从书本转向网络。开设性教育课程的中学越来越多。”姚进贤说道。

去年“三宝班”还进行了“性知识的知识”调查。结果显示，约17%的女生仍然不明白初潮时是怎么回事；约有31%的男生第一次遗精时很担心，因为不知道这是正常的生理现象。

“性知识是需要学习的。有些家长认为性知识不需要教。等孩子长大了，自然就知道这种想法是错误的。”姚进贤说，比如有一次一个男生因为不知道遗精怎么了，从宫里扔了一把刀。

变化

选修课增加了9倍，学生的微电影也上了课

姚进贤告诉记者，1996年开课时，约有150人拿过“三宝”。“听陈老师说，很多同学怕别人知道，都偷偷和同学老师来上课。”她说现在的90后可以自由谈性。记者看到来上课的同学不仅不避讳别人，而且很多都是三五好友，或者男女同学一起来上课。

姚进贤介绍，自“三宝课程”开设19年以来，已有近1.3万人注册上课，近两个学期有近1500人上课。

今年，姚进贤和程虹为“三宝班”写了一本新教材《健康的性》。和2005年陈老师写的教材相比，变化很大，内容更丰富。“我还在课堂上加了很多原创内容，包括我们学生自己拍的微电影作业，网上的一些科普视频和科普文章，各地收集的学术资料，热点新闻。”姚进贤说道。

她提到很多男生发邮件询问割包皮的事情。“问我去哪家医院，什么时候做好，注意什么。”姚进贤说，自从陈寿良开始上课，越来越多的学生开始关注自己的身体健康。"北京大学医院男性包皮环切手术的数量也显著增加."。
